    Floris Bielders is a global agricultural leader with a proven track record in grain sourcing, product management, logistics, and distribution. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex operations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, specializing in change management and risk mitigation within volatile markets.

    During his tenure in Brazil (2015–2020), Floris led Mosaic’s fertilizer distribution business before returning to the U.S. as Vice President of Sales, where he oversaw global fertilizer sales and customer relations. In October 2022, he was appointed to lead Mosaic’s Global Biosciences Platform. Under his leadership, the platform has expanded into North America, Brazil, India, and China, with a strategic roadmap to achieve $200M EBITDA by 2030 through organic growth and targeted startup investments.
