About
WEBINAR ONLY – Patti Durand, based in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada grew up in a family business near Teulon, Manitoba. She has been a Professional Agrologist for almost 3 decades. Her career has included agriculture, marketing and finance, while managing businesses alongside her husband Larry. Her book, The Future Leader, draws on the many lessons she observed while coaching and facilitating hundreds of family business conversations. Patti has often wondered, “What if people started preparing for leadership earlier and were encouraged to lead the process?” Patti works to answer this question through her business, Brightrack Consulting, splitting time between coaching, speaking, workshop leading and collaborating with other professionals to improve and invent the tools for business families.
